Independent reviews we checked describe Virilix's return policy as not clearly stated. We recommend visiting the official website directly to confirm the current policy before ordering.
Contact Virilix's official customer support directly — not this website — with your order number, and they will guide you through whatever process currently applies.
Keep your receipt and order confirmation regardless, in case you need to reach out about a return.
